Welcome to Verified Hypnotherapists. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at verifiedhypnotherapists.com and our directory services ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

Description of Services

Verified Hypnotherapists is an online directory that helps users find verified hypnotherapists. Our Services include:

• A searchable directory of hypnotherapists
• Practitioner profiles with credentials, specializations, and pricing information
• A matching quiz to help users find suitable practitioners
• User reviews and ratings
• Practitioner listing and profile management tools

We act as an intermediary platform connecting users with hypnotherapists. We do not provide hypnotherapist services ourselves.

User Responsibilities

As a user of our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Use the Services only for lawful purposes
• Not impersonate any person or entity
• Not submit false, misleading, or defamatory reviews
• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Not use automated systems to access the Services without permission
• Conduct your own due diligence when selecting a practitioner

Hypnotherapist Responsibilities

Hypnotherapists listed in our directory agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information in their profile
• Maintain valid certifications and credentials as represented
• Update their listing promptly if any information changes
• Respond to user inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards
• Not misrepresent their qualifications, experience, or services
• Maintain appropriate professional liability insurance

We reserve the right to remove or suspend any listing that violates these requirements or that we determine, in our sole discretion, does not meet our quality standards.

Practitioner Listing Terms

Listing Fees

Practitioners may be charged listing fees for enhanced directory features, premium placement, or additional marketing services. All fees will be clearly disclosed before any payment is required.

Cancellation Policy

Practitioners may cancel their listing at any time by contacting our support team. However, all listing fees paid are non-refundable. Upon cancellation:

• Your listing will be removed from the directory within 48 hours
• You will not receive refunds for any fees paid
• Paid services will continue until the end of the billing period
• You remain responsible for any outstanding fees

Content Ownership

By submitting content to your practitioner profile, you grant Verified Hypnotherapistsa non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating our directory services. You retain ownership of your original content, including:

• Professional biography and descriptions
• Photos and images
• Specialization information
• Pricing and service details

You represent that you have the right to grant this license and that your content does not infringe on any third-party rights.

Credential Verification

We make reasonable efforts to verify the credentials and qualifications of practitioners listed in our directory. However, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Our verification process has limitations and may not catch all discrepancies
• Verification status reflects information at the time of verification and may become outdated
• You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before engaging a practitioner
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any practitioner information
• Verification does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation

No Medical Advice

The information provided through our Services is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical, psychological, or professional advice. Verified Hypnotherapists:

• Does not provide medical diagnoses or treatment
• Does not guarantee any specific outcomes from working with listed practitioners
• Should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice
• Recommends consulting with qualified healthcare providers for medical conditions

If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact emergency services (911) or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verified Hypnotherapists and its owners, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party, including practitioners
• Any content or information obtained from the Services
• Any services provided by practitioners listed in our directory

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, for accessing the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information

Indemnification

Termination
