To be honest I didn't know what to expect from my session with Yvonne. I was looking for insight in to how my long time ingrained behaviors were created and if I could 'rewire' myself into a more relaxed and contented person. I had procrastinated for decades about reaching back into the past for answers. As a scientist I was a bit skeptical that I would be able to open my logical mind and let my imagination run. All these concerns disappeared within the first 5 minutes of my session with Yvonne. She is very gifted in how she approaches her work and her clients. I could tell that she was genuinely interested in helping me with my journey. Yvonne expertly guided me through the entire voyage into my past. This session with Yvonne has been life changing.
