Healers and holistic practitioners have to constantly keep clearing their energies by getting treatments themselves. Being a holistic therapist, I have to go to other therapists to rejuvenate myself from time to time.

Wow! My healing appointment with Jessy really hit the mark. After our initial chat, the Body Talk session was very experiential. Somehow the words Jessy chose perfectly triggered energetic releases within me, from happy relieved tears to laughter. In the midst of it all, there were healing sound frequencies, colours and, well, trips to various places to let go of old patterns, pent-up emotions and generational energies that didn’t serve. What can I say? I loved the entire experience, and find relief in knowing that I’ve cleared so much, replacing lower vibrations with uplifted ones. My appointment was yesterday and I feel that my body is still in the process of re-aligning itself.
