Highly recommend this at home personal training company. The owner is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to not only the physical aspect of working out but the eating and mind balance as well. He will motivate you on your own personal path to a healthier better lifestyle. His workouts are intense and keeps you pushing your own personal goals! He incorporates so many different exercises to have every muscle in your body feeling amazing - some were super unique and I honestly didn't know my body was capable of doing it! Being in this Pandemic has caused me to gain a lot of weight. Wasn’t able to go to the gym and wasn’t motivated to Exercise. But I know I needed to do something. I met Dwayne as a personal trainer but also realized he is very talented. He also provides herbal remedies and massages. His Energy is just amazing! Very informative and motivative. He has been working with me and my 17 year old son and we are back on our game. We Love his protein supplements. It gives us so much energy.
