As a natural skeptic I hesitated to contact World Color yet I had reached a point in my life where I felt like I had tried every diet and weight loss program to only have my weight shoot back up. I knew I needed more, I was in need of help on a deeper level. Andrea created such a calm and inviting atmosphere, that allowed me to be fully engaged and feel safe to be vulnerable. Andrea coached me through several pivotal memories that directly impacted my body shame and self love issues. After only a couple sessions I began to feel, think and move differently . Today, a month after completing 6 sessions with Andrea I feel re-energized, and passionate about my practice in loving ME, and my body exactly the way it is today. That alone has caused me to move more, and constantly remind myself that food is nutrition for this beautiful tree and should be of the best quality.
