I contacted Christian after a diagnosis of osteoarthritis that shook me to my core. I could no longer ignore the extra weight that was putting undue stress on my joints; it was a wake up call, a call to arms. I was obese enough to negatively affect my lifestyle, and to shorten my life. “Desperate times call for desperate measures.” Hypnotherapy with Christian worked for me. What Christian does is not mysterious or magic. What he did is help me to get my subconscious mind working toward the same goal my conscious mind wanted. Now, I feel like all the parts of me are moving forward with each other. In addition, he taught me skills to help get back to this cooperative position, should old habits crop up.
