I completed the 12 weeks one to one sessions with Timea. So so worth the investment !! Felt so supported to actually leave my secure but soul sucking job. I looked forward to our sessions and releasing old beliefs related to traumas. I love Timea's approach I felt guided by her. She also guided me to be called out on where I still need to focus on. Without this program I would still be where I was and not feeling like I deserve more. One session allowed me to release something I had been holding on to for 14 years ! Working with Timea has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. I have tried traditional talk therapy but 12 weeks with Timea felt like we did YEARS worth of traditional therapy in a short period. Timea helped me with unblocking core beliefs that have been engrained in an early age. Her approach is gentle and loving, yet she will call you out on your blindspots, which I loved. The most incredible part of working with Timea is that I could feel it having a direct effect on my subconscious mind and my nervous system. I started having access to random flashbacks of my childhood that were blocked before, along with consistent deja-vu's. Since working with Timea, I have gotten to understand my purpose deeper, and healed through some blocks that stood in the way of me and success in my business. Timea is a beautiful presence. I have received Reiki from her twice before and most recently did a 60 minute Online Time-Technique session with her. Before each session she is thorough in assessing your current energetic states and discovering what blocks you are seeking to move beyond. She is clear and direct, yet holds space for you to feel seen & heard with her compassionate approaches. I had my first Reiki session with Timea last week and it was amazing. She has such a warm and welcoming energy that made me feel comfortable throughout the entire session.
