I received a Reiki treatment with Audra, and it was a wonderful experience. She was very peaceful, she listened to my concerns, and she gave me a tailored treatment. She helped release stagnant energy and placed healing energy where I had pain. She talked with me afterwards and gave me insight as to what she had sensed. I slept great that night, and now I feel lighter and healthier. The studio itself is great - very peaceful and welcoming. They have a great little shop and also free coffee! I was a bit nervous going into my first Reiki session with Todd, but he was incredibly welcoming and took the time to explain the process thoroughly. He made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire experience. After the session, I felt a profound sense of calm and relaxation and I noticed a significant improvement in my emotional and mental energy. He took time afterward to allow me to reflect upon my experience and answer my questions. I highly recommend Todd to anyone seeking a transformative Reiki experience. I really enjoyed the Forest Therapy session! I was very curious as to what would be involved and it was very educational. Mark gave a lot of background information including how Native Americans celebrated the Winter Solstice. He was very open to answering questions and let me know that there were no wrong answers during any of the sharing sessions. It was a very relaxing, meditative experience. I would definitely recommend trying it. The only negative was that it was very cold out the day I experienced it which of course couldn't be helped.
