My appointment with Anna was very interesting and informative. I had not been hypnotized previously but I was very interested in the QHHT process and approach to healing. Anna was recommended to me, so I went, no regrets! I found the past life regression aspect of it so unique and curious. I continue to think about what I learned about myself and how experiences in a past life are reflected in this life (both positive and as "shadow work"). The "interview" Anna conducted with my higher self (during hypnosis) in response to several questions I had prepared in advance was very helpful to addressing some inner-work challenges I am working on.
