I've had two hypnotherapy sessions with Stephanie, one past life regression and one soul retrieval, and both experiences were deeply healing for me. Stephanie approaches hypnotherapy from a place of passion, responsibility and care. She's committed to ongoing learning and it is evident in her skilled approach as a practitioner. She is aware, intuitive, punctual, gentle and has an innate ability to hold space in a way that feels safe: facilitating the conditions for forging a connection with the deeper layers of ones self.
