I had a hypnotherapy session with Ashley of Soul Ambitions. I've done a lot of talk therapy, but never hypnotherapy, and was curious to find out what it was like. It was amazing! Ashley asked really good questions - both with her online form, and during the session - and did a great job of listening to my responses, and then walked me through a session that did SO much to help me relax my body and mind. If you've ever done a guided meditation, I found a lot of similarities - except Ashley's hypnotherapy was very specifically tailored, and targeted towards me, and the stressors I'm currently dealing with, drawing on our previous discussion in ways specifically designed to help ME.
