I spent eight hours (four 2-hour session) with Colleen, to work on my performance in high-level tournament bridge. The focus was primarily on improving concentration, stamina, and temperament. A year has passed since then, and I still use the recordings from those sessions. The most noticeable effect has been on my ability to relax. That, in turn, spills over to the concentration and performance. Statistically, I have won nearly twice as many events than in the previous year, and almost never finish below the top five.
