I had an amazing experience with Jason. The environment felt very warm, calming, and safe. For someone receiving CST for the first time he was able to explain to me what the process was going to be and how it would benefit me with what I was wanting to achieve. Once done with the therapy I definitely felt lighter within my body, I felt rejuvenated, and calming, all the soreness I had in my body was gone. After the session he was able to talk to me on what he felt and was able to go into detail on what it means. I was very surprised with just the first session I had. The next couple of days I still felt very light in my body and I’m now able to notice where I hold a majority of my stress. The only side effects I felt were cloudiness, and a headache the following day. This is a great place to go if you are looking for cranial sacral work. The office has great vibes. You can tell that Jason puts a lot of care into making it a good space for healing. During my session, I felt safe and comfortable. Afterwards, I felt peaceful and my often worrying mind was unusually quiet. My sinuses were open. My body felt more balanced. Jason is AWESOME! He is very professional and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Something really helpful he did was at the end he told me what areas he noticed were really tight and what I can do at home to help loosen them up. I recommend him for anyone.
