Ellen has helped me with processing childhood trauma and how to manage it when it shows up in everyday life. My experience with Ellen was amazing! We worked on resetting my nervous system and dissolving old trauma from my past to present. My results have not only been transformational, but my inner peace, confidence, and hope have been restored. Working with Ellen was such a beautiful experience!! She has a gift for creating a safe space, guiding you through the session with calm and ease and making you feel truly safe, seen and understood!
