I love working with Isa. She is truly an evolved soul. Isa did a gentle hypnosis during the QHHT. I had not been hypnotized before and was surprised how easily I went into a calm relaxed state where I surrendered to an inner part of me. I was conscious the entire time but was speaking from another part of my being. It was very relaxing. Isa guided me through some past lives recall and I was surprised at what came through. But when I listened to my session the next day, it all made sense as to why these past memories came forth. Some of the benefits from the session included: More acceptance of my family and their struggles; appreciation of my own personal struggles, ongoing and past, with respect to my spiritual journey and growth; feeling refreshed after the session with a renewed optimism; and really appreciative that I did the session. Prior to the session, I had some concern as to whether it would be positive and helpful. Afterwards, I’m so glad Isa offered me the opportunity to experience it. Isa did an excellent job listening to my life story and going over my 25 questions. She was gentle, kind and efficient. We started the hypnotherapy and she has a very calm voice. It was easy for me to be hypnotized. I really loved the whole process because it put me in touch with my subconscious, the part of me that knows all. I loved exploring my three past lives. I received answers to questions that were very important to me and it was such a relief. I also received relief from some ongoing health issues. Afterwords, I felt a deep sense of goodness and rightness that last for a while. I highly recommend Isa and QHHT to help with emotional and physical challenges. Wow! This session was incredible for me. There have been patterns showing up in my life recently that I just couldn’t figure out why or where they came from. I thought that I had uncovered a lot around why - based on my family and how I grew up. But, this session took me back ever further to more of the threads of why things show up in this life and why. It was surprising to hear myself recalling memories from another timeline and lifetime- but at the same time so comforting and true feeling. Isa is a grounded professional and led me exactly into the corners of my psyche I needed to go to become more whole.
