I had an absolutely amazing experience with the Indian head massage that I received from Sarah and can’t recommend it enough. From the moment the session started, I felt myself completely unwind. Every movement felt intentional and calming, especially around the scalp, neck, and shoulders where I tend to hold the most stress.What really stood out was how deeply relaxing the entire experience was. By the end of the session I felt clear and loose and I even had a much better sleep in the night. Overall, it was a truly a relaxing experience that I was not expecting and was pleasantly surprised by. I had an Ayurvedic head massage here and I loved every second of it! Sarah is so kind and explained the process and the benefits very well. I understood exactly what she meant by marma points and chakras when she did the massage and I felt those areas relax! The tension in my shoulders completely melted away. Her technique is immaculate, and I felt immediately more calm during the massage as it completely quieted my usually overactive mind. Afterwards, I felt a sense of clarity and balance, and felt more centred within myself than I usually am. My hair felt so soft and strengthened, and also smelled amazing! I have finer hair, and Sarah was very gentle with it while still ensuring I got the most out of the head massage. The environment of the centre is so soothing and inviting, and I definitely enjoyed the calming music and aroma therapy with my massage. I have had 3 Ayurvedic Indian head massages so far and I'm not done yet :) the experience is absolutely amazing. Having the hot oil massaged in so very relaxing and soothing. I enjoyed every minute of it and I totally left a different person. It's hard to put into words but you have to experience it. I hold a lot of stress in my shoulders and it was all gone when I left.
