Me and my husband and two friends went to see Rosa to quit smoking. Rose thought i would even need multiple sessions. But all of us walked out a non-smoker, and it has been over 4 years now for all of us. Never once have I ever picked up a cigarette and even taken a drag since that day. Highly recommend. But you really need to be very ready to quit. Not like, hey, my friend, quit. By doing this, maybe I should try." No, it should be. I had the absolute pleasure of a hypnotherapy session with Rosa to quit smoking. This was one of the best decisions of my life. I am a 53 yr old female who was ready to quit smoking and couldn't do it. The session I had with rosa is life changing already. I have no desire to smoke and she gave me the tools I need to continue to be a non smoker for the rest of my life. She is an amazing soft spoken person who will make you feel comfortable as soon as you meet her. I will be continuing with the other services she offers as well.
