I had met Sonia to explore what blocks may have been holding me back as truly at the time I wasn't even really sure. Her guidance took me through a series of exercises and thought provoking questions. I remember during the session thinking that I still wasn't sure if hypnosis was a good fit for me, and Sonia left me with some homework to determine whether or not I would be ready to proceed.
