I recently did a Skype Past Life Regression with Mark. I’d never done hypnosis via Skype, so I was a little apprehensive. To my surprise, it went really well! Mark is a very uplifting, patient, calming person which goes really far in hypnotism. If you have never done it and are considering it, I would say prep as much as you can and choose Mark for the experience. He’s well educated in several types of hypnotism and a second generation hypnotist. The more you prepare the better you will do, and try not to have any preconceived idea of what it will be like. Because it was nothing like I expected but my body and my higher self responded in such a positive way that I am really grateful to have found him. I’ve had a lot of health problems as well as anxiety and taking that time to reprogram makes all the difference. Trying to suggest things to my own subconscious to reprogram my thought pattern causes internal conflict that ends in the opposite of the result I desired. But through the process with Mark I was able to get into a deep enough trance that the suggestions were accepted and put to use. I’d only worked with a female hypnotist before, and was a little worried about moving to a male-but the results were better and it was a great experience all around.
