I lost over 35lbs, and keep loosing weight, I struggle all my life with my weight, always on a diet and Ana was able to find what was blocking me, it was mind blowing, after that every step has been so helpful and i no longer have to make a big effort, I just feel like eating better, my relationship with food is different now, finally, I regret not doing this before, I wasn't sure at the beginning of doing it online but it was so easy, it worked out perfect.
