I had the absolute pleasure of having a guided hypnosis session with Agustina and it was one of the most powerful experiences of my life!
The session was done virtually via Zoom while I was lying down on my couch with an eye mask on while listening to Agustina's soothing guiding voice. She led me on a 2 hour journey in which I went in and out of my conscious and unconscious mind. Again, it was one of the most powerful experiences I've ever had. Mostly because I met my soul during Agustina's guidance!!!
My soul showed up as a dancing version of me that looked like one of those dancing inflatable beings that you see in various business parking lots and seemed to have a voice similar to Matthew McConaughey's. I was able to ask it some burning questions about life and certain things that take up space in my brain like death, how to manage my thoughts about my elderly parents and how to "be" in this life. My soul answered my questions basically saying to me not to worry about anything of these things because it's all going to be okay. My soul instructed me to live my life focusing on love and joy and to enjoy my life as much as I can.
