I came to Dr. Neelam for severe depression and anxiety. I felt like there was a terrible dark spot in my life that I couldn’t get rid of no matter what I did. I tried antidepressants and anti-anxiety medication without any change. Working with Dr. Neelam has changed all of that. She is an exceptionally good listener and facilitator to talk through issues. She takes what she knows are the pain points and creates a hypnotherapy session directly dealing with those things. This has been transformative for me. I went to Neelam Hypnosis for childhood trauma issues. It was my first time with this type of therapy. She provided a warm safe environment that allowed me to freely unburden myself of past trauma.This has helped me move forward in my healing.
