I booked an appointment with Rocio for what I thought I needed...I am terrified to go to the dentist and I thought that hypnotherapy might help me get over my fear, however, Rocio intuitively showed me that my issue was so much deeper. My fears were based on so much more than the dentist and she tailored my session to help release those deeper, more serious fears as she knew that would carry over into the more day to day things (like the dentist.). The session was so peaceful and her voice was so soothing that I did not want it to end!! I still haven't made a dentist appointment, but I Know my session with Rocio was a success because I have experience deep healing in other areas of my life that we discussed prior to beginning my session. The areas that were healed by hypnotherapy with Rocio are major things in my life that I thought I would be plagued with forever! But I am feeling so much better! I would advise anyone to make your decision wisely when considering Rocio and her business.
I'm sure she will have quite a essay and explanation of how good she is after this complaint and bad review however, I just find her to be irresponsible and very egotistical in her approach.
She loves to talk about herself and how perfect she is, but doesn't listen at all.
My 30 minute complaint call was 25 minutes of her explaining why she did everything right.
no solutions
no ownership of her mistake
and even said, she doesn't feel she can work with us any longer.
I hired her services for my son that had some personal matters he is trying to work through.
Admittedly he's not a believer in everything that Rocio offers however was willing to try 3 or 6 sessions to see if it could make a difference.
First appointment they worked on Reiki together and seemed to go well and was open to a hypnosis therapy session for next visit.
My son arrived today and was having conversation with Rocio and she was asking extensive questions trying to get some history and background from my son.
Then he asked her if they could stop talking and try the hypnotherapy after 30 minutes of questions because he had another appointment after.
She then became defensive according to my son and, I 100% believe him as her conversation with me after had many holes in it.
She asked my son if he believes in what they are doing and he admitted he wasn't a full believer
She immediately became defensive and said I don't feel I can work with you and I'm not sure this is for you and said he can get to his next appointment on time.
(we had plenty of time under normal circumstances, she just talks talks talks)
He admitted becoming upset for the rejection as, ANYONE WOULD and he left his office stating that she is really only in it for the money and is a fraud.
Now, if you have a non believer that's struggling and, you're all about healing and people then, where was that example today?
If you TRULY do what you do because you love it and believe in helping people then why didn't you?
Her conversation was very one sided with me and I can tell she was lying to me as nothing lined up in her conversation.
she was finger pointing the whole time at my son as to him being the reason this won't work.
No Rocio, your ego, your irresponsible behavior and your true inability to make a non believer, a believer is why this ended the way it did.
I'd give zero stars if I could!
