I had tried hypnotherapy in the past with little success. Then I met Allen a few months ago, and I am so grateful to have the pleasure. He has an inner peace within himself that just affects all that he does with me.
I have had hypnotherapy on several subjects such as; eating excess carbohydrates, stress management the planting of the desire to exercise. These have been very successful and I am very pleased and grateful to him for his expertise in these topics. There is much room for improvement in my life so we will continue to do more work together.
He has a relaxed, comfortable and confident way about himself from the first time I met him. His office relaxing and is down right beautiful with views of Mission Valley that would be hard to beat.
