What a great and awesome experience Michelle has her own testimony so she knows and understands the ups and downs of life and helps you heal via mentally and emotionally. She meets with you to ensure what the issues are and to find the right healing path for you. I had Reiki and Hypnotherapy. Her website has great information as well. Now Reiki is something Ive always wanted to try and it was a very cool experience its funny what you body gives off with out you saying a word. The hypnotherapy I did like it was to force my brain to essentially shut up and refocus and get certain things accomplished that myself personally I had been dealing with. I even slept better! Ever since Ive had the sessions its been a sense of calmness and less anxiety and stress, theres different stress but its handled way better than I was in the past.
