I had an amazing experience at Miami Hypnosis Center. The space is beautiful, calm, and very welcoming. Elizabeth was incredible she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease, like I was at home. She truly helped reduce my stress, and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. So far my experience with my Hypnosis sessions  with Elizabeth has been nothing short of amazing. I was a bit unsure of what to expect and a little anxious about the idea of being "hypnotized" but she made sure to explain everything in detail and answered all my questions helping me feel more excited about the journey and less anxious about the things I didn't know yet. On our first session I remember immediately feeling at peace, after worrying for so long it wouldn't work for me because I have never been able to "quiet" my mind and thoughts; but everything about the session brought me peace and I remember when it was over I didn't want it to be yet. I am very excited about the rest of our sessions and for the chance to learn how to remove any anxious thoughts. Elizabeth has a very calming and peaceful energy that truly helps you feel at ease and more open to everything she is sharing. My favorite part is after the session you get a copy of the actual recording so you can reference back whenever needed and practice on your own time as well. I am sure I will have more to say once the journey is finished but so far, I am so happy I made the decision to give this a try and even more happy that she is the one helping lead the way. Elizabeth is an incredibly kind and gentle soul. I attended one of her hypnosis classes focused on manifesting through gratitude, and it truly shifted my mindset around both gratitude and manifestation. I also know others who have received services from her, including Reiki and breathwork, and I’ve only ever heard deeply positive things about their experiences.
