When I said yes to working with Lee, I knew little about hypnotherapy, but what I did know is that Lee is a loving spirit steeped in wisdom, intelligence, and kindness. This in itself allows me to move to a space of trust and safety, so important to doing ‘inner work’ on oneself. What I appreciate most about Lee, apart from her skill as a hypnotherapist is her readiness to ‘dig in’ and, help me explore, stretch, and see more clearly my own fears, and negative patterns that stand in the way of leading a healthy, more fulfilling life.
