I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, a post-traumatic stress disorder and burnout syndrome characterized by hypervigilance, sleep disturbances, various muscle pains, fatigue, and the worst and most unbearable symptom: burning sensations all over my body, even in my eyes. It was so painful that my system couldn't take it anymore. It was pure torture. I tried countless diets and therapies, but nothing stopped the burning.
