I completed a series of sessions with Iuri back in March. I have waited this long to write a review as the effects of our sessions have continuously built over the last few months. Each and every day since I last saw Iuri I find myself in a more tranquil state. I'm able to control my emotions in the moment without letting them take over my ability to respond appropriately. I find myself living far more in the present, appreciating things fully and wholeheartedly. I was optimistic about hypnotherapy and after my first conversation over the phone, I felt Yuri was exactly on the same page of what I was looking for. After my first session I felt and continue to feel in a wonderful, confident place in my life. I have tried many alternatives in my life, all have been very helpful but this was the icing on the cake. He gave me some great tools, super helpful insights to myself and helped build positive affirmations.
