Ronan is extremely passionate about mindfulness techniques and is able to instill self belief in others through positive reinforcement and visualization techniques. Ronan has been my sports trainer for the last year and I found through his mindfulness session, I was able to relax and stay focused throughout our competitions when I needed it most. I honestly knew nothing about reiki before going to see Ronan, but I kept an open mind, and it turned out to be very beneficial! Today was my first time visiting Ronan for my reiki experience, I didn't know what to expect walking in also felt nervous about it all. Straight away as soon as I met Ronan I got a wonderful welcoming feeling and felt at ease straight away, the clinic was beautiful! During my consultation before my session, Ronan got to know my background and past and he was nothing but understanding and helpful with ways to help me move forward and heal. I felt so much good energy after my visit and he gave me so much hope to start my healing journey and help me deal with trauma couldn't recommend Ronan enough I already booked my next session with him and excited to learn more and more on how to grow as the best version of myself!
