I had reiki performed on me by Jolanta for the first time. I had no idea what to expect but Jolanta explained to me the process before she started. I went into a deep state of relaxation and into a deep meditative state with the help of the music. I have seen fragments of my life and i understood why i was seeing them. I had an excellent past life regression session with Jolanta. I enjoyed her method to help me slip into hypnosis. She took her time with me and explained the process before we started. She made me feel at ease in the beginning and at the end of the session. I feel that 2 hrs was ample enough of time to explore what I wanted to experience. Jolanta is a true empath and very intuitive during reiki sessions that I have had with her (one on one) which have cleared unapparent blockages and help my energy to flow.
