I had the most amazing healing session with Janet that I'm thrilled to share... it involved a process called Havening. My goal was to work on releasing deep rooted trauma. The results and the modality itself far exceeded my expectations - and they were high! The session cleared the trauma, and brought me to a state of joy, JOY! I wouldn't have imagined experiencing joy doing that type of work. The process provides self nurturing, and for me, a deep sense of peace. I was also taught self havening!
