I committed to 6 sessions with Kathy for fertility and it has been the single best thing I've done for myself in the two year rollercoaster of 'trying'. The cycle of hope and loss had me in a bad place when I Googled 'hypnotherapist near me'. I am so grateful I found Kathy that day because she righted the ship. The first session I cried through just about every moment and by the last session I was laughing almost every moment with not one tear shed except for maybe when I thanked and said goodbye to Kathy. Kathy is an excellent healer and practitioner. However, the vessel (you) must be open and receptive to hypnosis. Emotions are powerful and can get stuck. She can "help" you release those negative emotions and patterns. Carl Jung, a brilliant psychologist stated, until you make the unconscious conscious it will control your life and you will call it fate." There is no magic bullet or guarantees. She doesn't have a magic wand, although she is pretty powerful. ; ) She stopped my negative behavior patterns from controlling my life, but I was truly eager to change and very open minded. Went back after two years for weight loss help. Had quit smoking with her help two years prior. I’ve lost 22 in a month. Changed my mindset and life Just went back to Kathy again for my son’s anxiety and phobia. She was thoughtful, and kind with him. Tapping technique boosted his confidence.
