Five stars+++. Loretta has helped me so much over the years. She is so far above and beyond any therapist you will ever meet. She blocks out large amounts of time for her patients. I’ve never met a therapist who intentionally blocked out a large amount of time just to see me, because she realizes that therapy sessions are something that generally has no set time frame…..everyone has their own problems and Loretta intentionally makes time for each individual patient to accommodate for their needs. She really gives you two sessions for the price of one; first she does the traditional therapy session where she discusses what’s on your mind and gives her insights, then the second half of the session consists of the hypnosis therapy. She frequently checks in on her patients whether through phone, text, or email. I cannot compare her to any other therapist I’ve seen. She is a friend as much as a therapist. What can I say... Loretta help me change my life. In 2017, I found myself stuck in a mental block after a LTR breakup. She helped restore the lost connection to my right brain by the first hypno session. We have since expanded my mental vocabulary, and I have established a new standard of health for myself, because I truly know that I am worth taking care of. I am a changed person, being able to hold complicated truths in my hands at once, and I now have the skills that I need to communicate with my own brain. I credit this change in my life to Loretta and also the people I surround myself with every day. I have recommended Loretta to countless friends and acquaintances. As someone who came in a severe skeptic, extremely stubborn, and convinced I was had a moral upper hand to most in the world, I now live a more gentle existence, have more compassion, more self awareness, and live a life full of gratefulness and graciousness.
