First time doing this kind of treatment after trying multiple medications to calm my anxiety and Ary was wonderful. Felt very safe with her and she was very knowledgeable. I feel like she helped a lot and everything has been resolved so hopefully I wont have to see her again 🤞. I'm pretty gun shy with mental health professionals since I've had several bad experiences, but Ary held my hand through the discomfort. I was scared and triggered early on in our work together but she was there for me, listened to my concerns, and responded in a gentle, validating way. She would also check in on me after our appointments. I could tell she genuinely cared. Many in her position put business first, which for me can be offputting, but I felt as though she led with care and compassion, never pushing more services or more money.
