I had the pleasure of receiving a couple of sessions from Crystal Howell when she was first practicing as a hypnotherapist, and I was so impressed. Her calm, grounded presence and soothing voice made it easy to relax and go deep. Crystal is also a RN/NP and I am a retired RN myself, so I appreciated her blend of clinical knowledge and intuitive care. I have been through Hypnotherapy before and Crystal’s approach is very different. Her space is relaxing, safe and welcoming. She really listens and helps guide you through a process that can be uncomfortable. Her approach makes you comfortable. I have had a team member see Crystal and she has been very happy with her results. Crystal adds after care approaches and follow up check ins which helps with the process.
