After smoking for more than 45 years, my health was making it necessary to quit. I tried different ways to stop but had no success. Finally, I made the decision to try hypnosis. I tried to keep an open mind but was somewhat skeptical. I had a session with Harry 16 months ago. I have been smoke-free since. I won't say I never have an urge for a cigarette, but the urges are completely manageable. Best of all, my asthma is under control, I dont wheeze and cough anymore, and I'm down from 4-6 breathing treatments per day to only one! I was the last person my family and friends would gave guessed would or could ever quit smoking. I actually thought I enjoyed smoking and didn't really want to quit. Admittedly that way of thinking was foolish. I enjoy being able to breath so much more. My biggest fear was gaining weight and I did. I've gained 2 pounds in 16 months. Hoosier Hypnosis is absolutely amazing. I have had just a few sessions and have already managed to deal will all of my issues on some level. My anxiety has decreased, I have more energy, and I have gotten healthier. These are all things I had been poorly managing prior to starting with Hoosier Hypnosis.
