Taylor was so awesome! She hosted a bachelorette party yoga session for my sister-in-law. Her communication and detailed planning was excellent and her passion and knowledge of yoga showed positively and brightly through our session. Taylor, ensured that we all felt comfortable throughout the hour, and even in the hot Arizona sun! I have attended 2 separate group Yoga sessions with Taylor and they were the most beautiful experiences. Sometimes you need a teacher to help you decompress, and i always walk away with everything i needed. I highly recommend Taylor for anything you need! Taylor is amazingly intuitive. Her classes flow, restore, and hypno are incredibly healing. She knows how to tap into the senses and create a personalized experience even in a group setting. Her personal hypnosis is also extremely effective. She takes the time in a full evaluation for a one on one experience that doesn’t disappoint.
