Definitely a 5 star experience!! Seattle is amazing, kind and wise beyond her years. I have been to 10 different places in the last year trying to find pain relief and have finally found it with her. I could feel a difference after the 1st session and now, after the 4th session, I feel amazing! She truly works with mind, body and spirit - ask about all of the services she offers. I consulted with Seattle by phone to discuss what my goals were in seeking her services. She spent almost an hour with me on the phone of her own time to determine if she would be able to help me. Seattle was nonjudgemental, kind, and compassionate toward me and my experiences. She also explained what hypnotherapy was to me in a way that I resonate with on a secular level and how it could benefit me. I was able to find her office easily and love the retro vibe of the place. There is a small fountain outside of the inner plaza that is nice to listen to while waiting. It helped me focus on being present in that moment. Seattle's office is small and cozy with a lovely, soft chair that is perfect for her sessions. We started off with a guided meditation for our first meeting because my tinnitus was acting up and Seattle didn't want to make it worse in doing breath work. She described in detail what was going to happen during the session and also had me fill out paperwork that was important in making me feel comfortable. I appreciate her dedication in making sure her clients have informed consent. The session itself was very beneficial to me as I believe it has opened my eyes that I have talents and gifts within myself all along to reach for these goals and grow more confidence in obtaining them. - Mary Ann, 5 stars

I had never had an experience with therapeutic hypnosis before, and Seattle showed me that trusting the process has a depth of reward that goes beyond healing just my mind. This experience has also begun healing my entire sense of self. A combination of breathwork, hypnosis, therapeutic touch, affirmations, and regression therapy helped me work through some of the most difficult anxiety I have ever experienced in my recent life. Her kindness and knowledge created a space where I could surrender to the process and really start to shake out things that sedatives and other forms of therapy could not quite reach. I am feeling immensely better after the 6 session experience. But even after the first session, I could feel a marked difference.
