Yesterday I had the honour of receiving a BQH session from Michelle. She is such an incredible practitioner. Her voice, energy, knowledge, and intuition were spectacular.
She took me through some deep healing of grief in the body, and brought forward comforting and supportive messages.
Even working over Zoom, I felt her beautiful presence. I have wanted a QHHT session for years. Michelle assured me that BQH was similar and that having an online session would be just as powerful. She is right.

Michelle with Higher Self Holistics is absolutely awesome. She has amazing energy and such a cozy space. I have had reflexology and reiki done by Michelle and the combo reflexology/reiki sessions are my favourite. I always leave feeling wonderful. Love that she has online booking available, which makes it super convenient to find something that works with my schedule.
