Completely unprofessional. I would give zero stars if I could. She spent more time insulting my place of employment rather than providing the service I was paying for. She double booked my last appointment but rather than moving the other person she tried to move me because the other appointment was “easy money”. I drove an hour to see her and when she wasn’t prepared for me she wanted me to spend 3 hours “shopping” and then come back to see her. I explained that I couldn’t do that as I had another appt. and she just said oh well. So I paid for 3 sessions and only got 2. She doesn’t care about you as a person, she only cares about money. I wanted to undergo LASIK to correct my vision but I was totally petrified of anything coming near my eyes. I had full blown ommetaphobia. For years I tried to work up the courage to even get a LASIK consultation and was never able to go through with it. Before hypnosis I couldnt even apply eye drops to my own eyes let alone undergo something like LASIK. In two sessions with Suzanne I felt confident and comfortable enough to get the procedure done. Absolutely amazing! I have a son with high anxiety and stress. Suzanne is wonderful! After a few sessions, my son is happier, more relaxed and able to handle things better. I am more relaxed, as I sit in on the sessions and find myself relaxing. I was not sure about hypnosis at first, but watching it being done, it's nothing like on TV, and it left me speechless. Parents are involved in the sessions, we sit in on them. Suzanne goes above and beyond, giving CDs, copies of stories and other things for parents to use at home. If you or your child is struggling with anything, try hypnosis. Much safer than drugs and very effective. And no, you won't be clucking like a chicken or trying to fly!!! - Snow & Ice, 5 stars
