Awful experience! I paid to get an hypnosis that I didn't get, I paid for 60 minutes but I got 43. She treated me like a social security number! I wrote my feedback the same day, that was 10 days ago, I didn't get any response! I'm ready to take this to the FTC! I want my money and my dignity back! I went to call to get information about the service if they take my insurance etc the girl did not speak any English I asked her if she spoke English when she answered the phone she hung up on me not even trying to maybe let me speak with someone else or trying to communicate with me I called back a few times and nobody answered this is bad business how can the doctor not hear the phone ringing and how can someone get help when they need help it seems like they don't care if they get business or not or help people in need - denise lemessy, 1 stars
