Before working with Focus Hypnotic, I didn’t really believe in hypnotherapy. I didn’t understand how it worked and I was always a bit afraid of “losing control.” But from the very first session, I felt safe, supported, and understood. We started with hypnotherapy for weight loss, and already by the third session I had lost 3 kg naturally — with no diet changes, no exercise, and no forcing anything. I simply stopped wanting to numb my emotions with food. Each session helped me uncover and release deep emotional programs connected to my weight. We later did a past life regression, and that experience left me absolutely amazed. I saw who I was, how those past-life patterns influenced my life today, and received powerful insights and clarity.
