Constance Kenney is a very talented hypnotherapist who helped me with my anxiety around having to speak in front of large groups of people. Being in media, I am sometimes asked to participate in Q & A sessions with my audience. She helped me overcome stage fright so that I can approach public interactions as an opportunity to share my knowledge instead of worrying that I will sound foolish or put my foot in my mouth. Constance is a wonderful Hypnotherapist. She is able to help with many levels of stress and anxieties. My son was a child who always worried, to the point where it was impossible for him to participate in sports. He also suffered from lack of self esteem and putting up his own road blocks. Constance, who know him well, offered her services and after just a few weekly visits he acquired tools to help him in these situations. Today he is much more confident, less worrisome and overall more relaxed. He returned to soccer and enjoyed it, began believing in himself and knocking down negative talk in his head. A life changing experience! So thankful for these sessions to help me pass my undergraduate and graduate exams.
