I’ve been seeing Dr Hayden for a few months now , and I’ll tell you that he knows what he is doing and he has helped me in so many different ways with Reiki and also hypnotherapy! He is truly a good person and wants what’s best for his clients.

I just recently had reiki done for the first time with Dr. Sutherland. I really had no idea what to expect but he did a great job of walking me through it all before so I could feel comfortable going into it. He was very professional, kind and empathetic.
I work remotely for a very skilled energy healer & intuitive who practices on the other side of the country, so I have a very basic understanding of energy medicine and what it can do. And as far as I can tell, Dr. Sutherland is incredibly knowledgeable on the subject and very intuitive to your energetic healing needs.
After the reiki session he gave me an assessment of what my energetic system looked like, going through each chakra one-by-one, and explaining how it’s current performance may relate to my physical health and emotional wellbeing. And everything he said felt spot on.
Also, the new location is lovely and was easy to get to and I easily found parking on Mohawk Ave. to the left of the business.
