Anxiety felt overwhelming before, but now I’m calmer and sleeping consistently. Insomnia episodes decreased, digestion steadier, aches manageable, mood balanced. The approach felt reassuring, unrushed, and truly helpful overall, recommended. - Brian Kiplagat, 5 stars
Hi. I'm a stage 4 small cell cancer patient. I've been going through so many chemo and immunotherapys. Some of the treatments make it so I can't eat. It's so serious that I had to have a PEG tube placed so I can get tube feedings. I've lost a total of 80 pounds. Some people think that's so good. It's really not. My cushion is gone. Now I'm in trouble. I'm a registered nurse. Have been for 42 years. The last 19 years was as the charge nurse in an ER. I'm very skeptical about a lot and trust is very difficult for me to aquire. Being at my minds and bodies end, I tried hypnotherapy. I spoke to several people on the phone. Really trusted no one. I spoke with hypnotic. I actually told him if he was going to blow smoke up my backside to please not bother. He was honest with me. Told me that he could try if I was willing. We would go one step at a time and if it wasn't effective for me we would call it a day. OMG. After my 1st session I came home and was able to eat. Not everything, 5 months without eating isn't a joke. But I stopped at my favorite Italian deli and was able to eat 1/2 a meatball and a 2" piece of bread. I cried. Every day I keep pushing through, trying new things. I'm really not ready to leave this wonderful world yet. I gained 2 pounds the 1st week. My oncologist was very pleased. The 2nd session brought in more foods. There are foods that I can't eat still but I know they're coming. Food is more than something too put into your mouth, it's nurturing. And I love so many different foods. For gifts I give homemade cookies or different foods that Some people have never experienced. It's a way that I'm able to comfort people and I couldn't comfort myself. Last Thanksgiving I had over 40 friends and family over to enjoy food and company. I did all of that cooking and only ate 1 tbsp of egg salad. How depressing. Well I have to share how amazing making my 1st appointment with this establishment. Please, if you're having trouble with eating, stress, pretty much anything, give them a call. They're actually an honest place of business. They're even trying to see if my medical insurance will help with billing. I can't impress enough about how wonderful they are. Take it from a non believer. - Kim Foschini, 5 stars
I was diagnosed with anxiety during Covid and from that I gained insomnia. I had so many issues and no matter what medicine I took I still could not seem to get a normal nights rest. After some of the hypnotherapy here I almost immediately started to notice the difference. Now, I am so much more comfortable when it comes to sleeping. Could not recommend this place enough! - Natalie Cholakyan, 5 stars
I’ve struggled with insomnia, anxiety, and even sleepwalking for years, but Doc Hypnosis has made a real difference in my life. Their calming approach and personalized sessions helped me finally fall asleep faster and stay asleep through the night. I’ve noticed my anxiety levels drop significantly, and my overall rest feels deeper and more restorative. The environment is comforting, professional, and supportive from start to finish. I’m truly grateful for the progress I’ve made and highly recommend Doc Hypnosis to anyone dealing with sleep or anxiety issues. - Mychal Brackens, 5 stars
Doc Hypnosis is not only well versed in their profession, but provides the very empathetic environment I needed to heal. Thanks to Doc Hypnosis, I’ve been able to heal and move on from an Ex of mine whose narcissistic tendencies left a big impact on my self image and worth. It was hard to admit I needed help, but being assigned a hypnotherapist has given me the self evaluation I needed to walk away and work on myself. Highly recommend Doc Hypnosis for they care so much about their patients to tailor a personalized treatment plan rather than one’s repeated over and over. - tiny Gee 09, 5 stars
