I did sessions of hypnosis for smoking. I saw Josh for 2 sessions and with that I also got some reinforcement audios to do at home as well. I didn't listen to the audio to be honest, but whenever I had an urge, I was doing the urge exercise he taught me and it really helped. Obviously, you have to really want to quit, and I did want to, I just needed a little help and that's exactly what I got with Josh. Almost 8 months now as a non-smoker. My brief history includes a serious injury that required neck and dental surgery. In the past 2 years between rehabilitation and loss of employment my stress level continued to rise. Being skeptical of this type of treatment would be a understatement. I began visiting Shari Gordon at The Blossoming Mind and the results were quit special. The stress I had been enduring was literally paralyzing me. The techniques used, "running bars", EFT tools and others were a God send. I have been able to relieve stress and project a positive outlook at a sensational pace. The Blossoming Mind needs to be recognized as the most important ingredient to my mental recovery.
