I developed a fear of bridges over water in my late 30's. It got progressively worse, so I decided to give hypnosis a try. My acupuncturist actually recommended Debra, so I had 2 sessions with her this past summer. I am not going to say that I look forward to going over bridges now, but I am not having a major panic attack, crying, or hyperventilating when I go over one. I can now plan vacations without stressing about it, look at pictures of bridges, and talk about it without tearing up. Since my treatment I've been to the beach several times, DC and NYC (Queensboro bridge) and did just fine! Debra was very understanding, sweet, kind, accommodating, and professional. Debra has performed craniosacral therapy on me for bursitis and low back pain. It is amazing how much this opened up the blockages that were causing me to have pain. I never knew she was touching me yet the results were amazing. She has also performed hypnotherapy for weight loss on me. I now can maintain a healthy weight thanks to her help.
