I honestly can’t recommend her enough. From the very first session, I felt completely safe, understood, and supported. She has this incredible ability to listen deeply and really get what’s going on beneath the surface. She helped me shift things I had been stuck with for a long time in a way that felt gentle, natural, and actually lasting. Every session felt meaningful, and I always walked away feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to myself. My OCD was awful and just a couple sessions I coudlnt belive it was actually GONE!
