Hypnotherapy was a modality that I had wanted to try for years. It wasn’t until last year that I found Michael (a referral from a friend). I found Michael to be a calm and non judgmental guide during our hypnotherapy sessions. I always felt safe in the process as he held the space for me to navigate deeper states of consciousness. I have tried online hypnosis and different apps to stop drinking but nothing working after only one session with Michael At Conscious Harmonics. I have not thought about or had any urge to drink in a week. Which might not sound like a long time but it's the longest I've gone without a drink in months.
